1.Do you have references?
Yes we have literally hundreds over the years….
2.Will I pay extra for set-up, take-down, and/or travel?
There are NO setup charges ever. (There is a travel fee only for ferry trip events.)
3.Is your company insured?
Yes, we have a Washington State Business license(under Dune Productions, LLC) and liability insurance.
4.What is the deposit/retainer?
We require a $200 non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
5.Will you play our CD’s?
Yes, as long as they are checked for skipping, sound qualityetc.
6.Do you have backup equipment?
All of our gear is professional, maintained equipment, but we have backup equipment at your event just in case.
7.Can I request songs?
Absolutely, we are open to requests during your event.
8.Is your music edited for school dances?
Yes, all our school music is edited from Promo Only, Hot Tracks and X-Mix.
9.What about tips?
We ask that you tip based on individual performance and satisfaction – we have had tips ranging from $10 – $200.
10.What if I want you to play longer. How much do you charge?
Our overtime rate is $149 per hour.
